Add to that rushhour for dynamic speed of your cars (every car gets an own designation of speed, thus more calculating on your processor), the 81 tiles (so more building space, means more rendering than the original map intended), adaptive prop visibility distance (adds more tris), and you start to touch a lot on your ram and core. I know there are people here who have several thousand. I'm currently at 250 hours played, and rising. Even at 30 usd, it's still a great price. This game has had quite a few sales since the new year, so if you're a patient man, you might be able to get everything for half price.

We just had a landscaping free content update which added some cool stuff. There's another expansion coming, but that probably won't be until end of summer no idea what it will be. However, rain and fog are FREE with the base game. Skylines does NOT have seasons or disasters, but it does have snowfall with the snowfall DLC. I wouldn't buy cities 2013 unless it was 5 bucks, but that's just me. Some people say this game is more of a city painter, but I love it.
